160 g butter, melted
300 g whetmeal biscuits
500 g cheese cream
200 g caster sugar
1 tbsp corn flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice
Few drops of vanilla essence
Pinch of salts
2 cups of sour cream
Instructions
1. Preheat 180C.
2. Crush biscuits & add butter. Compress the crumb mix into the base of the tin.
3. Apply some butter at the wall of the baking dish.
4. Beat cheese cream & sugar until smooth, add corn flour and eggs (beat separately).
5. Add lemon juice, vanilla & salt.
6. Add sour cream.
7. Pour into baking dish. Prepare water bath bake
